- Change of product? After receipt we will send the desired product the same day.
- Money Back? The total amount will be refunded within 3 working days after receipt.

- We reimburse the costs for returning within 3 working days.
How does the return process work?
A reflection period of 14 days after you’ve received the product applies to all your purchases. You can return the product free of charge within this period.
- Complete the return form within 14 days of receipt. Indicate which solution you want.
- Use the shipping box to pack the product or use a new box. As long as the product is well packaged for shipping.
- Bring your package to a post office in your area and pay for sending a package.
- At the post office you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your returned products. This is also your shipping receipt.
- Beware: after the 14 days reflection period it is no longer possible to return.
What can I expect from Morocco Fanshop?
As soon as we have received your package, we will start using the desired solution.
Do you want your money back?
- Within 5 working days after receiving your product, we will refund the purchase price to the same account number with which you paid. If the account number is unknown to us, we will contact you. Do you want to change your account number? Please contact us.
- With visible traces of use, missing parts or any missing packaging you are no longer entitled to the full purchase price. In this case you will receive a partial reimbursement from us. This is 75% of the original purchase amount. If it happens that only the packaging is damaged, we will simply reimburse the entire amount.
Receive a new product?
After we receive your package, you will receive the new product one day later.
- Cheaper new product? You will receive a refund amount within 5 days on your account.
- More expensive new product? You will receive a payment request from us for the remaining amount. After receiving your payment, we will send the product immediately.
- If the product is no longer in stock, we will refund the purchase price to the same account you paid with.
Other Options
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to cancel the purchase within 14 days. This form has also been added in the order confirmation of your order
