Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all our packages with PostNL. If you order before 23:00 will be delivered tomorrow. This only applies on orders shipped within the Netherlands.

In your shopping cart you can see which delivery options are available today. We’ve listed them here for you.

  • Delivery to an alternative address (such as your work).
  • Pick up in the warehouse.
  • Check with PostNL for more delivery options.

Order Status

Delivery with PostNL

Morocco Fanshop delivers every order to your doorstep or at an address of your request. We use PostNL to deliver your order. They deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible.

Track & Trace

After the package has left our warehouse, you can follow it through the Track & Trace link on the website of the delivery service of your order. You can find this link in the shipping confirmation. For smaller products that are sent as letter post, you will not find a Track & Trace link in the shipping confirmation because you can’t track these shipments.

How long does it take before I have my order?

After receiving the payment, your order will be shipped the same day if the products are in stock. Our aim is ordered before 23:00 delivered the day after. Unfortunately, we depend on external parties, so there is a possibility that the delivery is delayed. For the customers ordering from outside of the Netherlands it usually takes 2-3 days to delivery.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are only € 6.95!

Not at home, what now….

If you are not at home, your PostNL delivery man will leave a ‘Not at Home Message’ for you. You will receive this message when the package can’t be delivered. You can make an appointment through the website of PostNL for a free second delivery or you can choose from one of the other options that PostNL offers, for example the option to collect your order at the nearest PostNL service point.

Package not received and other questions

You expect a package but it’s not delivered by us. That is annoying, but don’t worry. Before you contact us check the following points:

  • Check the Track & Trace code of the package
    In the shipping confirmation you will find the Track & Trace code. You can check the Track & Trace page, through the link we provided, if the delivery timeframe may have shifted.
  • Check the delivery address
    Is the delivery address you entered correct?
  • Check your mailbox
    Did you receive a ‘Not at Home Message’? Your package may have been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery man has scheduled a new delivery time for you.
  • Check with your neighbors
    The delivery man of PostNL sometimes delivers the package to the neighbors.

If you still didn’t receive a package, please contact our customer service.

Change your address

Have you recently moved or is the order sent to an incorrect address? Let us know. When moving, you can easily change your address in your Morocco Fanshop account. Have you already made an order? Pass it on to our customer service. Then we will check if we can still adjust the address of the order.
